Eddy is the International Director of Pastor Training for African Leadership. As such he works with African National Directors representing 21 African countries.
These men run the 883 classes that currently exist for Bible Training for Pastors. These classes have over 8,000 pastors and church leaders going through an intensive two-year curriculum to equip them to pastor churches. Not only are they offered the ten courses in biblical training, but they are also provided curriculum in HIB/AIDS, Islam, poverty/stewardship.
African Leadership also provides physical needs in the same areas that we train pastors such as orphan care, famine relieve, school education etc.
